CICSA is co-ordinated by the Centre Co-ordinator - dr Jerzy H. Czembor with the assistance of the Co-ordination Council comprised of five Work Package Leaders. There is also the Advisory Board which counsels and supervises activities within the Centre.
It is composed of top rank representatives of institutes, universities and applied research organizations from the EU countries (5) and from Poland (4).

Centre activity co-ordination is to be achieved by a close supervision by the Co-ordination Council, consisting of the Co-ordinator and responsible Work Package Leaders.
